Zerto is fully deployed, and the user is now ready to set up the Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage repository, copy to it, and recover files from it. This walkthrough takes place in a Windows VM hosted on a vCenter server with two hosts. Finally, we will recover from those files from that repository and restore them back on-premise. After doing so, we will create a Retention set copy of a Windows File Server to the repository before deleting the files it is hosting. This proceeding will guide the reader on how to set up Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage bucket as a long-term retention (LTR) repository in the Zerto Virtual Manager (ZVM). Pay as you go with no minimum storage and no minimum retention requirements. Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage is a fraction of the price of AWS S3 so you can quickly integrate B2 and see dramatic savings on your cloud storage bill. Learn more about what else is new in Zerto 9.5 In our recent 9.5 release, Zerto has expanded our support and management of immutability for third-party S3-compatible storage. Prevent ransomware from encrypting or deleting backed up data with data immutability or as Backblaze refers to it as Object Lock.
